Michael Murray

Michael is President of New Media Nation, a new media agency specializing in assisting large and mid-sized companies in improving and extending their corporate brands online. Michael has created hundreds of campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, helmed a Paramount Pictures feature film, and is an international speaker lecturing in the United States, Russia, Israel, and Mexico on implementing new media entertainment.
Michael began as an SoCal filmmaker creating commercials, music videos, and events. The following two years he progressed to producing live events for clients such as Apple, Microsoft, Wachovia, Oscar’s, Emmy’s, UCLA, USC, and Los Angeles Fashion Week. The subsequent three years Michael created over 200 webepisodes for 25 webseries for Fortune 500 clients including : Ford, Disney, Directed Tech, Apple, Microsoft, Wachovia, Nielsen Publishing, and World Vision thereby creating dedicated audiences in the millions.
Michael was then invited to direct a feature film “Disturbed” which premiered at Paramount pictures. “Disturbed” achieved critical acclaim sold internationally within 30 days. Currently, Michael is finishing his first book, New Media Playbook, due out winter of 2009. He enjoys comic books, nerf guns, vintage motorcycles, bourbon, and bizarre facial hair.
