Please read the following submission requirement carefully before you complete the online entry form.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• Entries must have been completed after Jan. 1, 2009
• All non-English films must have English sub-titles.
• Entries must submitted on DVD (Region 1 or 0).
• Works-in-progress are acceptable.
• Preview DVD should be labeled with the title, running-time and contact email and phone number.
• Please do NOT send stills or press kits. If your project is selected we will ask you to email us a still image.
• All entries grant NXT STAGE the rights to use DVD and press materials from the project for promotional purposes.
• All submitted materials will not be returned. No refunds. By submitting this material you acknowledge NXT STAGE right to copy any submitted material for NXT STAGE non-commercial use only.
• You may submit more than one project, but each one must be on a separate DVD and must be accompanied by its own completed submission form and entry fee.
• We will not confirm receipt via telephone of entry. If you would like to make sure that we received your submission, please enclose a self-address, stamped postcard which we will send back to you as your confirmation.

 ENTRY DEADLINES:

• Entries must be postmark by the following deadline dates:
  • Early Bird Savings Deadline - March 26, 2010
  • Regular Deadline – April 23, 2010
  • Final Extended Deadline – May 28, 2010

• Checks or money orders made payable to: NXT STAGE
• Foreign entry fees should be drawn on checks in U.S. dollars. Only through a U.S. affiliated bank.
• All fees are non-refundable
• Write title of project on check or money order
• Entries will not be viewed without entry fee payment

 SELECTION:

• Our Selection Committee will choose projects to showcase.
• The entrant will be responsible for all shipping fees.
• NXT STAGE cannot be held liable for materials which may be lost or damaged.

 CHECK LIST:

• Entry fee (write title of project on check)
• DVD copy of your projects  labeled with contact information (phone number and email)
• Include a print out of the confirmation email you receive (after you submit the online entry form) with your entry
• If you would like to make sure that we received your submission, please enclose a self-address, stamped postcard which we will send back to you.
