Cancellation Policy, Terms & Permission to Email
You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by email info@nxtstage.net by July 20, 2010. Your registration will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations after July 20, 2010 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by notifying info@nxtstage.net
NXT STAGE is open to business professionals 18 years and over only. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.
NXT STAGE reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.
By registering for NXT STAGE, you agree to receive e-mail notifications about future NXT STAGE events. Just click the “unsubscribe” link in any e-mail received to stop receiving notifications. Note: Your e-mail address will never be sold or rented to others.
NXT STAGE reserves the right to use photographs of any attendee in promotional materials.
NXT STAGE assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
Video Policy: Sessions may be audio recorded without special permission but only for personal use. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without permission. Sessions may be videoed only with special permission for personal use and also cannot be placed online or transmitted to others. Short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of session. As a general guide, non-contiguous clips of one minute or less should be used.
