David Worthen Brooks
Senior Vice President - Fox Atomic Digital
Brooks is a US/Brit who studied theoretic mathematics at MIT but eventually became a film editor. He cut commercials, films and videos and has worked with Tony Kaye, Ridley Scott, Spike Jonze, Paul Hunter, and Baz Luhrman among others.
Since his first gold Clio in '93 for editing Tony Kaye's music video "Runaway Train", his work as an editor and flame artist has been recognized and awarded by numerous US and international bodies, including D&AD, Sundance, London International Festival, Clermont-Ferrand Festival, One Show, and the Clios.
In 2005, Brooks founded Rotten Inc, a viral marketing company which executed award-winning campaigns for The Ringer, Little Miss Sunshine, Fast Food Nation, Juno and Jericho and was absorded into Fox in 2008, where Brooks is currently the Senior Vice President of Fox Atomic Digital.
