At iCrossing, Troy provides strategic and creative leadership by bringing 16 years of advertising, marketing and brand development experience to iCrossing clients. He is responsible for leading the creative team through all phases of web development projects. Working in close collaboration with expert teams from all disciplines (strategy, delivery, search, information architecture, technology), the iCrossing creative teams are tasked with creating compelling and rewarding user experiences that meet the business objectives for each client.
Prior to iCrossing, Troy spent 12 years on Madison Avenue at BBDO, FCB and J. Walter Thompson creating integrated advertising campaigns for major national and international clients.
