Nooney is a seasoned media executive, with a career dedicated to connecting media and mainstream brands with consumers through emerging technologies. In his capacity as CEO, Nooney drives corporate and business strategy to grow distribution, drive adoption and strengthen the relationships with MobiTV’s carrier, content and OEM partners. Nooney has been pivotal in evolving MobiTV’s vision to more personalized, relevant and immediate mobile experiences for users.
Nooney holds a master’s degree in urban affairs and public administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
