Spending her early career in production for film and television, Felicia joined the digital media space in 2006 as the Assistant Editor of The Daily Reel. In 2007, Felicia left the popular online video magazine for a position at YouTube on the Editorial/Content team. Specializing in a broad range of topics that include video games, web series, and Internet television, Felicia programmed the Featured Videos for several YouTube category pages and the homepages of both US and Canada.
