Philippa is a partner at Creative Convergence, an entertainment company that encompasses literary management, film/tv production, and entertainment consulting.   She started her career at ICM and then went on to found a boutique literary management firm that subsequently evolved into Creative Convergence.  The company has sold feature film projects to Warner Brothers, Paramount, Lifetime and ABC Family and TV projects to ABC/Touchstone and CBS.  Philippa oversees the consulting division, which provides business development for experts, entertainment resources and emerging media brands.   She is a member of EPPS (Entertainment Professional Publicists Society) and the Hollywood Hill.
