Ben Weinberger is chief executive officer and co-founder of Digitalsmiths, an award-winning innovative video indexing and digital content publishing technology provider serving major Hollywood studios, web video destinations, media companies and advertisers.  

Weinberger guides the strategic growth and development of the company, including product development initiatives, major partnerships, studio relations, and financing. 

When he co-founded the company in 1998, Weinberger was a student at Southern Illinois University.  Today, he serves on the board of the university’s Honors Program.  He is based in Digitalsmiths’ Research Triangle Park, NC headquarters.
