Sasha Pave has been a leader in Digital Marketing and Website development for the past 12 years. Working as an Online Professional since 1994, Sasha’s focus is the intersection of Brand and Technology.

Currently serving as VP Product Marketing for Real Girls Media, Sasha is responsible for the flagship website DivineCaroline. His roles include marketing, advertising, product development, and social media/SEO.

Previous to RGM, Sasha served a dual role of Product Development and Director of Creative Development for CNET's Lifestyle division, Sasha was responsible for the initial launch, advertising product development and brand development for Chow.com and Chowhound.com. Both sites enjoyed aggressive growth and exceeded ad revenue expectations.

Previous to CNET, Sasha led the Interaction Design team at award-winning creative agency AKQA. Spanning three disciplines: Information Architecture, User Interface, and Interaction Design, Sasha led clients such as Nike and Microsoft Xbox.

As co-founder and VP Technical Design for digital agency Lot21, Sasha was a pioneer in many significant digital marketing milestones. His focus was on emerging technologies and moving large brands into the online space. He launched the first dynamic datadriven flash-based TV commercial as well as the first mobile Palmbased ad platform. Lot21 has been recognized by Advertising Age

as "2002 Media Agency of the Year", by Adweek as one of the "2001 Hottest Agencies of the Year", by BtoB magazine as "2001 Hottest Agency of the Year" and by the IAB as the "1999 Agency of the Year".

Before Lot21, Sasha was hired to launch the Technical Design division of CNET in 1996. This was the advanced unit of CNET’s creative department responsible for early prototyping and launching of CNET brands Online.

Sasha began his career in 1995 developing Ziff Davis' early online presence across pre-web platforms Compuserve and AOL. As the web emerged Sasha was responsible for a multitude of 1.0 website launches for many of Ziff's properties including MacWEEK and MacUser magazines.
